International Integrated Solutions Co. is part of the Kahelan Holding Group, established in 2011. It is a Saudi company specializing in the supply of ductile pipes and accessories, serving as the authorized distributor for Young Tong's ductile pipe products. International Integrated Solutions Co. is one of the largest suppliers in Saudi Arabia for water transmission lines and sewage networks, providing pipes, fittings, and valves for infrastructure projects that meet high-quality standards to support the growing demand in Saudi Arabia.

Young Tong began producing ductile pipes and accessories in 1958 and is a subsidiary of a large state-owned enterprise in China, specializing in steel production. The factory produces ductile iron pipes and fittings in various diameters, ranging from 80 mm to 2600 mm, with specifications for diverse applications. Young Tong is recognized as one of the largest manufacturers of ductile iron pipes and fittings globally and is one of the first foundries in China, playing a pivotal role in the iron industry in central China. The factory has an annual production capacity of 2 million tons and covers an area of approximately one million square meters. It has received top ratings in quality and assurance through an accredited quality control system that adheres to the latest global standards. Its products are exported to the Middle East and worldwide, meeting all local and international requirements.

International Integrated Solutions Co. has contracted with major construction companies to supply pipes and accessories for large projects across Saudi Arabia. The company has established warehouses in the Kingdom with over 20,000 square meters of space to maintain a stock of all diameters in large quantities to meet the demand for projects in Saudi Arabia.
